At Best Watch Winder, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following return and exchange policies:

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us at +1 (213) 600-2663 or email us at [email protected] to arrange the return of the purchased item(s). You will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance fees.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original purchased condition, unused, and in its complete original packaging with all tags attached. If your order is eligible for return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

The return must be received by us within 15 days from the date the order was delivered to you.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for a different product within 30 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:

•The item is in its original, unused condition.

•All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact.

•The item is accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes and manuals.

•A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the process. The cost of sending the item back to us will be your responsibility, but we will cover the shipping fees when sending the exchanged item back to you.

Warranty & Repair Policy

All products sold by Best Watch Winder come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Repair Process

If your item requires repair under warranty, please contact our Customer Service team for instructions.

•If the item is no longer under warranty, we offer repair services for a fee.

•Carefully package the item and send it to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Once received, we will assess the repair needs and provide you with an estimated timeline and cost (if applicable).

Repairs will be completed by our qualified technicians, and the item will be returned to you in working condition.
